Robert Marchbank – Chief Executive Officer
Rob built his career with Wolseley plc and its subsidiaries. Wolseley is one of the world’s largest trade distributors of plumbing and heating products and a leading supplier of building materials in 16 countries. Most recently, Rob was CEO of European operations, where he ran multiple business operations across 19 countries. In 1982 he joined Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., a U.S.-based subsidiary of Wolseley. Throughout his career at Wolseley, Rob served in several senior management-level roles, including managing director for U.K. and Ireland, and positions in IT management and strategic planning. Rob received his bachelor’s degree in government from The College of William and Mary.
Don Riley – Executive Vice President of Supply Chain and Technology
As the executive vice president of Technology, Don oversees the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in support of business operations in order to improve cost-effectiveness and service quality. Additionally he directs and manages ProBuild’s technology infrastructure and environment, including the design and development of business-focused application solutions to support ProBuild’s corporate vision.
Don came to ProBuild from Mohawk Industries, a leading producer and distributor of flooring worldwide. At Mohawk, Don served as CIO and senior vice president of Logistics, where he was responsible for Mohawk’s global information systems and strategies along with the company’s North American logistics functions.
