At ProBuild, we recently announced the creation of our new sustainability strategy, ProEarth. The strategy centers around three primary elements: operational excellence, product stewardship, and social responsibility.

While training and understanding is critical to all three elements, it is most important within the product stewardship and operational excellence categories. Knowing which product and systems to use when completing a green build and knowing how to deliver and manage the jobsite are critical to meeting the needs of our customers and the requirements of various green building programs.

To ensure we are providing our customers with the most recent and relevant information, we have created a number of training opportunities including:

ProEarth University
A four day training program aimed at providing attendees with the most current knowledge in building sciences and green building programs and how to convert that knowledge into differentiated selling. After successfully completing the course you will be identified as a ProEarth seller and will be on ProBuild’s “first alert” contact list for green building questions.

ProEarth Building Sciences 101
A one-day workshop conducted in your market with your customers to provide an introduction to building sciences. This is an excellent course to begin understanding how building sciences impact the performance of the home…it’s also an excellent primer for those who want to attend ProEarth University. We have partnered with acclaimed leaders in building sciences not only to help create the program and materials but to serve as our instructors. The program is tailored to regional climate zones to ensure you are learning practical knowledge that can be applied directly to your market.
