Operational excellence applies to both ProBuild and our customers. It represents not only how environmentally-responsible we run our facilities but how we help our customers improve their operations to minimize waste, reduce energy consumption, and meet the needs of their businesses.

Product Stewardship
Product stewardship is core to our ProEarth efforts and represents the greatest impact on company performance. Builders are asking for products that will help sell more homes and we intend to provide many options to meet their different customer profiles. Product stewardship doesn’t just mean we’ll sell “green” products, it means we will be the knowledge leader for all products that deliver green benefits. And we will have a deep understanding of the various green building programs and how our customers can meet the qualifications in the most cost effective manner.
